Printing to dnitpr04 (Laser Printer)

What is dnitpr04?

dnitpr04 is our Canon colour laser printer. However, only black and white printing is permitted. To enforce this, Department IDs are used. A Department ID is a code that grants your computer the permission to print in black and white, while restricting colour printing.

What do I need to know?

Whenever you print a file to this printer, you will need to ensure that (1) black and white printing is selected and (2) you enter in the Department ID, which is 637. If both of these conditions are not met, your file will fail to print.

How do I get started?

Please follow the instructions below to install this printer to your machine and configure the Department ID. The Department ID for this printer is 637.
