Unplanned Network Services Outage – Sun, Aug 4, 2019 @ 10:15 AM

All network services, including Internet access, TV, phone, printing, and VPN, will be temporarily unavailable on Sunday, August 4th, 2019 at 10:15 AM Toronto time. A backup battery has died and the UPS unit must be powered off, which will cause this outage. Network services should be restored by 10:20 AM.
